5. Upload Screening Test attested by any Gazetted Officer or self attested..
6. Eligibility Certificate of MCI attested by any Gazetted Officer or self attested..
7. Confirmation of Medical Degree by Indian embassy attested by Indian embassy.
8. 10+2 Marks sheet attested by any Gazetted Officer (Decision of marksheet verification fee will be decided after seeing your mark sheet).(for Science Subject with 50% marks)
9. Upload all pages of Passport for verification of study period.
10. Pay Online of Rs. 10100/- (Ten Thousand One Hundred Only.).
11. Any relaxation given during admission will need confirmation from MCI.
12. Upload Aadhaar Card.
13. Registration Certificate will be issued to the candidate personally with signature in receiving register.
14. Upload All Documents in One Pdf.
15. Maximum File Size is 5 MB.
